About the role:

We are building an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining and we need someone with experience and expertise in finance and accounting to help support the high demand for new customer onboardings. You’ll be working closely with the CEO and GTM team to support our existing customers and will have the unique opportunity to help define Rillet’s product. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.

You will:

• Work closely with the founders, GTM and product teams to provide valuable accounting & finance expertise
• Support our early customers with onboarding, product requirements, and best practices
• Be the advocate for our customers. Understand and empathize with their needs and team up with the product & engineering teams to bring those to life
• Take on special projects and support the CEO on product and GTM initiatives

You are a good fit for this role if you:

• Have 3-4+ years of work experience at a top tier accounting firm and/or startup in a finance/accounting role
• Worked in a client facing role and are uncompromisingly service-minded towards our customers preferably in high-growth startups
• Are comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers
• Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition
  • Exposure early stage startups
  • CPA certified
