The HubSpot integration will allow you to automate the process of accounting from a Closed Won deal to create invoices and revenue recognition in Rillet. By connecting Rillet with HubSpot, you are able to sync Companies, Products and Deals in HubSpot to automatically create Customers, Products and Contracts in Rillet.

Before starting the integration, please ensure that you meet the following prerequisites:
Log in to Rillet
Navigate to Organization Settings > Integrations > HubSpot
Click Connect

Select the HubSpot account that you want to connect to Rillet

Once connected, you will be routed back to Rillet to complete Set Up
Complete the different inputs shown on screen and then click Save.

Sync data from — all Closed Won deals with a Close Date on or after this date will be synced into RilletRevenue Account — the default revenue account for all new products synced from HubSpot. You can change this on individual productsDefault product for imported deal — the default product to be used to create a contract in Rillet when there are no HubSpot Line Items on the deal.
