If you use Ramp to manage credit card payments , vendor bills and employee reimbursements, you can sync with Rillet to centralize your overall operations.

Connecting Ramp to Rillet

First, follow the steps to navigate to Organization Settings > Integrations. Then, find the tile labeled Ramp. Click on the text that says Not Connected.

You must first disconnect Ramp from your previous accounting system before connecting to Rillet.

You’ll see a new screen explaining the steps for integrating with Ramp, as well as a Connect button. Click this button.

You’ll be taken to Ramp’s login screen. Remember that in order to complete integration with Rillet, you’ll need to have admin permissions in Ramp first.

Once you've completed the initial connection with Ramp, you will be re-directed to Rillet to complete the set up. Below we will explain each of these inputs

• Sync data from - this is the first date that transactions will sync into Rillet
• Ramp entity - If you use multi-entity in Rillet, then you need to select the related legal entity which you use to pay Ramp card balances and bills.
• Reimbursement Vendor type - you have the option of choosing Reimbursements to sync in with either the Vendor (ex. Starbucks) or the Employee Name (ex. Grace Harris).
